World of Warcraft Pet GiveAway – Celebrating 1 year of blogging

Not long ago, I could celebrate my 1 year of blogging.

Anniversary

It’s been a wonderful experience and I am so glad, I begun blogging about World of Warcraft.

It has helped me appreciate the game more, I have felt so welcome in the blogging community, and I have made genuine, sweet friends.

A very sincere thank you to all of you, also to those who helped me get started back then. Each encouraging word means a lot to me.

And, every like, too, hah, 1337 – I feel like such a geek, when I laugh at that number. Whenever the time is 13.37 on my clock, I giggle to myself too. I can’t be the only one, right!?

Anyway πŸ™‚

We all have our own unique view on things, and the debates and discussions I participate in about WoW are always mature and open-minded.

I cherish the friendly atmosphere we share here, and whatever info I get about World of Warcraft these days, I get from you.

So thank you. So much πŸ™‚

Over the next week or so, it is my hope to do a year-in-review post.

But until then, I’d like to have a…

Pet GiveAway!

Pet3.jpg

(Screenshots in this post does not show the pets I give away; it was just screenshots I had stored online and edited already πŸ™‚ )

I have really expanded my pet collection in Legion (I almost did nothing but pet battle for over a month now even), and I want to slim down my collection to just have one of each pet.

I’m not one to spend a lot of time auctioning them away; my time in game is short, and I rather that they make someone else happy instead.

So…

Maybe there is a rare pet in the bunch, that you have hunted for, without luck?

Or maybe you are new to Pet Battles and have found it intimidating to get started with just a few pets?

Then this GiveAway is for you πŸ™‚

You just have to have registrered on my site before the date of this post – and have interacted with me at least 5 times in the past – be it a like, a comment or an email πŸ™‚

This GiveAway takes place on a European account.

Simply respond to this post with which pets are on your wishlist.

Then make an alt, meet Alunaria on the server The Sha’tar, where I will be waiting in Darnassus, where the adoption process will take place. πŸ˜‰

There is no limit to the amount of pets you can adopt, as long as you have plenty of room and pet biscuits at home!

My gaming hours are mostly from 19-20.30 PM on weekdays.

If we find it hard to meet up, then you are welcome to send me an email with your character name on the server, and I’ll send a handle-with-care package your way.

Wishing you all a cheery day – and again, thank you so much for all the encouraging words, and all the good times we have shared in the past year. I look forward to more πŸ™‚

  1. As much as I would love to enter the give away for a few of those pets, I’m on a US realm. Oh dratz!

Congrats on the milestone. As someone else stated, I too thought you had been blogging for much longer and assumed I was simply late to your party. I love looking at the game through the lense of your blog.

  2. Congratulations on your anniversary! Your blog is quite amazing for one so young. I’m not a pet person in game (though I am in real life) so I’ll not enter the drawing, but I’m impressed at how many you have! I hope they find good homes.

    1. Thank you so very much! Oh, shoot, if only we could have the same pets in real life as in WoW, eh πŸ™‚

Me too, I was surprised as I went over my collection. It’s amazing what a few weeks of dedicated hunting can do!

  3. I am absolutely surprised that Firefox saved my comment where I add this line right now. Three hours ago I was writing the thoughts below, and out of the sudden there was a 3 hours energy black out in and around our city lol. But Firefox is cool, so here is what I wanted to write before energy blacked out in our city… πŸ˜€

Not participating in your awesome giveaway because currently I don’t have my account activated, but I wish everyone else luck.

But I wanted to comment on your post because I want to say congrats to your first year. I hope you keep your blog up in the future, because in my six years I saw so many people giving up blogging. But in fact, most of them don’t even make it past the first year, but you did. πŸ˜‰ One year is a nice milestone, awesome and congrats! πŸ™‚

    1. Hah, the wonder of Firefox! Thank you for being persistent and return πŸ™‚

And thank you for your congratulations! Hm, yeah, you are actually right about that. It’s a shame. I have found a lot of blogs, that suddenly have gone inactive. Blogs of great potential too. I still follow them, in hopes of they returning some day πŸ™‚

      1. I do probably follow 300 blogs, and that sounds huge. But you get to that number because of the reason we’re talking about. Let’s say you follow 20 blogs, at some point about 17 become inactive… now you just have 3 and you follow a couple more so that you have something to read during the day. Not sure how often I did repeat these steps, but that’s the reason why I follow about 300 blogs. I think there are just 20 very active bloggers, and maybe 20 that post once a few weeks or months. So, even with 300 followed blogs I barely get email notifications. Maybe 20 a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

I once went through a couple of pages of my subscription page… I discovered that many actually deleted their blogs, because many blogs show some kind of “This blog doesn’t excist anymore” page of WordPress.

      2. I feel the same way. Every now and again I slim down who to follow, but yeah, it’s sad to sometimes come across blogs that no longer are around at all!

        But yeah πŸ™‚

  4. Congratz on the one year of blogging. I know that you have done a remarkable job of blogging and I have enjoyed all of yours when I have the chance to read them. The Orca adventures are a particular favorite of mine – love your exploring screenshots. πŸ˜€

    1. Thank you so much for saying that πŸ™‚ I do enjoy my Orca adventures a lot too; it’s something so unique to me. Funny what changing a glyph and the looks of the aquatic form can mean!

  6. Huge congratulations on one year of WoW blogging!
You’ve posted so much, fantastic screenshots, unusual/unknown places and details, great stories and much more. It’s like a still movie of life in Azeroth. Great quality!
Even made me start a tiny little wow blogging, too πŸ™‚
Very generous pet giveaway, too ❀

      1. I probably miss some pets. But I don’t think I can even trade with my lvl 19? I cannot read in game mail e.g. But when I come back, let’s have exchange. My bank has a lot of those training/levelling stones so I can at least level up some you want. I think?

      2. Aw, shoot, you are right about that; can’t trade or use mail etc. Eventually, then πŸ™‚ Aw, that’d be a huge timesaver for mem thank you for the sweet thought – timesavers are the best presents for me there is πŸ™‚

  7. Congrats on your anniversary! I’m not taking part in the giveaway due to being on a U.S. server, but will be cheering for those who can. πŸ™‚
