Funny Stats of Legion

Yesterday I said I wanted to share a few funny stats of Legion, so here they are 🙂

Let’s see if you guessed correctly…

The stats are possible to keep track of under your Statistics- Achievement panel, a IF you kept record of them earlier on, before going into Legion.

The reason I can – is the term – pinpoint – exactly what I did in Legion, is because Alunaria was created for that expansion. (I have a lot of Druids. Sometimes I have rerolled another, if there is a huge overhaul to their gaming style – or if I have been on a long break.)

But you can easily do this for yourself once Battle for Azeroth ends – just take screenshots of all your statistics now, and revisit them then 🙂

Wildeheart guessed on 324 hugs. I’m sorry – You  must have underestimated my will to cuddle!

Minimalistway guessed on 100-150 facepalms. Again, am sorry – I am way more overbearing, than you thought I was, it seems!

Wrathofkublakhan took at shot and guessed nothing less than 320,420 hugs. I guess I am letting you down now, because not even I have the time to hug 450 people a day!

But let’s have a look at a few random statistics of Legion, an expansion that lasted around …710ish days?

  • Gold spent on barber shops 3020 gold
  • Need rolls made on loot 504
  • Gold looted 153.838 gold
  • Gold spent on travel 1606 gold
  • Gold spent on postage 3 gold (This can’t be right, lol?)
  • Total healing done in Legion 133066842668 (What number does it even say here?)
  • Critters killed 7025 (Gosh. And not one of these was on purpose.)
  • Total Honorable Kills 2472
  • Creatures killed 264239
  • Total deaths 1017 (That’s over 3 deaths a day, what the heck.)
  • Deaths from drowning and fatigue 17 (I’m surprised this isn’t more.)
  • Deaths from falling 75 (I am looking at you, hidden hole on Mac’Aree…)
  • Deaths from fire and lava 3
  • Quest completed 9743
  • Total 5 player dungeon entered 822
  • Total 25 player raids entered 178
  • Fish and other things caught 15.345 (Seriously? This can’t be right either, hah. No wonder I never get anything done – It’s 21 fish and other things a day.)
  • Flight paths taken 1239
  • Mage portal taken the most – Portal to Darnassus
  • Highest score on Endless Damage in Proving Grounds 3320
  • Highest score no Endless Tanking in Proving Grounds 3015
  • Highest score on Endless Healing in Proving Grounds 32126
  • Class Hall Missions completed 1919 (Horray for the Companion App.)
  • Epic items acquired 8295
  • Number of times hearthed 350
  • Number of hugs 890 (N’awww.)
  • Total facepalms 3
  • Total times LOL’d 455
  • Total cheers 379

So to sum up;

…I spent Legion sending far too little mail. Though I did heal a huge bunch and sure travelled a lot. Tons of Critters were accidentially harmed in the process. My ocean adventures were resulting in far fewer deaths, than I thought they would! I got my hair cut all the time it seems (Good thing there is no track record of gold spent on transmogrification…)

I stood in the fire three times too many, but I made sure to cheer and laugh a lot, while it happened. And I gave almost 3 hugs a day!

Overall a pretty good expansion based on these numbers, don’t you think? 😉

I toyed around with the Call to Arms – create your own party portrait function. It is a tad buggy, not all my characters would load, and some are in the wrong armor, wearing just a class set they do not even have the right level to put on, hah.

And you can’t download the results right now either (more bugs), so you have to manually screenshot and copy it to Paint for example. But I figured it would be fun to have all my characters together before the expansion ends.

My Characters

That was all – I would love to get a peak into your Fun Stats of Legion 🙂

Have a joyful weekend everyone 🙂

  1. Well I did guess it was three digits at least, but still I have no where near as many /hugs at only 192.

I can say with confidence that I haven’t murdered near as many wee innocent creatures, at just 15,612 one could think I was just maintaining balance in nature! J/K 🙂 /hug

Oh hey 193 hugs now! 😀

Thanks for sharing. I really like the idea of tracking that more in BfA so I will make sure to grab a bunch of statistic screenshots Monday before the expansion goes live.

    1. You were very good at observing the amount of digits 🙂 Aw it’s never the amount of hugs, it’s the quality! 😉 Haha, I see.

Do that 🙂 I’ll look forward to see your stats of BfA in the future!

  2. Striking poses of them ready to defend the night elves’ homeland! Determination. Call to Arms.. reminds me I need to ticket Blizz to get my old grandfathered pvp quest Call to Arms back. I heard others also had it and lost it and got it back. I also realised it is not that uncommon for people to keep some old quest that does not exist in game any more. 😀

    Very interesting stats!
Critters are caught in aoe. Sorry to all of them, but hopefully they are in critter heaven. Come to think of it, they are in a cycle of rebirth.
1017 deaths over two years is not three, but a little more than one per day. Considering you like to do challenges and really push limits, that is not much 🙂
May I suggest asking the barber if they have any membership bonuses? 😉
Endless healing score is amazing. I’ve never been near anything endless, heal or damage. Frustration maybe. I want achievement for that!
Hidden whole on Mac’Aree – I lol’d to that one. Been there, done that. It is like Hogger all over again. 😉
I think you are slacking on your violin practice! Speaking of which, there should be a sad trombone in game.
    Overall great statistics ❤

I'll try remember take a screenie of my chars stats on last day of Legion.

    1. Yeah, it seemed like a nice way to retire for them 🙂 Ooh, gosh you were one of those who losts their quests? I’m sorry! Which one is that again? Unobtainable now I guess?

Aww yeah, maybe they turned into Critter wisps? Gosh, you are right…I am horrible at math.

Haha yes I should have asked about a member ship.

Endless healer score was be being crazy! I stayed up until 3 AM! I just couldn’t stop; I was so shocked at how far I could make it, I just wanted to keep going. Crazy. Haha you got it 🙂

I know, I bet that hole was just placed there for GMs to hang about and get a good chuckle out of.

You are right, I should play the violine a bit more….

Thank you ♥ Do so 🙂

      1. One emote I sometimes use, and that I have never seen anyone else do (it has no gesture effect, it is just a built-in text macro) is /nosepick. I only use it when there is a bit of waiting time at a raid boss. Just to tell the boss that he/she/it is toast. Now I have confessed this publicly.

      2. Haha, good idea. I just /bounce /bounce /bounce. I remember back when I was raiding, our raid leader always hopped around while explaining tactics. It became annoying! So a Priest threw Levitate on him, hah. (back when you could not jump with that on)

  3. Use the /facepalm Alunaria, use the /facepalm 😀

I use it on NPCs, sometimes on annoying players, also i use /calm on players who can’t stand still and jump all the time while waiting for the world boss to spawn.

  4. This is a fun little activity! I think on Sunday or Monday I will take some screenshots of my stats and see where I’m at by the end of BFA.

Also that darn hole. There were a few times I actually fell in it twice! Died and rezzed on my way to a world quest. Then absentmindedly fell right back in.

A funny thing to do is just sit there and watch how many people fall in. Ive seen some people set up a blingtron there and the amount of deaths per hour there gies way up!

    1. Thank you 🙂 Great idea!

I know, hah, right!? Me too! I was like “Ooops here we go again…” I couldn’t even ressurected because the timer was there, hah.

No way, A Blingtron there, that is just mean!

  5. I wouldn’t have guessed that you rolled Alunaria specifically for Legion — but somehow I’m not surprised that you have all those other Druids. Someday you’ll have to tell up about how their stories all do (or don’t) weave together.

That group picture tool is fun! I might need to go play with it a bit…

    1. That would be a nice thing to do, what a writing project 🙂 For me, each of them somehow represents a fraction (right word?) of each other. But yeah, I had a long break before coming back to Legion, so despite all my Druids, I wanted a new one to level from scratch to get back into the rotation and game 🙂 And I am so glad I did, because I met one of my most cherished WoW-friends in a PuG to Occulus on the way to 110, because of that.

Looking forward to see your results 😉

  6. What fun stats! The most used mage portal almost made me tear up though. 😥

I bounced around between too many different characters to have a good accounting of my own stats for Legion, but now I can take some screen shots and figure out my stats at the end of BfA.

    1. I know, me too 😦 I had no idea that records were kept about that. I guess it’s another small part of why the Burning of Teldrassil is so devastating. My usual go-to portal has always been Darnassus…

Oh, do that! I’ll look forward to see them once BfA ends 🙂
